Solo Pasta & Pizza

Had cravings for pasta and ended up here after looking up some reviews. The place was busy so we sat at the counter rather than wait for a table when the owner /​manager (?) came up to us with a proposition — he’ll select a pasta dish for the both of us and if we didn’t like them they’ll be on the house. We were game so we said «sure» but in the back of my mind I’m thinking either they’ve got some slow selling dishes to move or perhaps somebody prepared the wrong order and there’s two warm dishes of pasta already ready for us. When the dishes came out, after a reasonable preparation time, I ended with was a delightful spaghetti with marinara /​napoletana sauce and shrimp /​prawns while the wife ended up with fettuccine with a creamy napoletana sauce, salami, peppers and some chicken. Both dishes were quite good so it goes without saying we did end up paying for them. :)

Best Italian I have had in a long time. Try the Pork Ribs. The bone slips out CLEAN! Pizzas were magnificent. Pasta was perfect! ¹⁰⁄₁₀!
