Fred Perry. If I could describe their clothing, it would be the movie Trainspotting or Snatch. It’s conservative, slim, preppy and British. In other words, sh*t I don’t wear cause I can’t fit in it. Thanks, McDonald’s. Thanks, Big Mac. Thanks, 40 piece Chicken Nuggets for $ 10USD. The store is really small and no bigger than a shoe box. There wasn’t much there besides a few hangers of clothing and leather goods. I had to drop by here to pick up some gifts for my baby sister cause she wanted a bag from Fred Perry. Do you notice a trend here? I only go to malls or retail stores to buy useless sh*t for other people by request. Well, luckily for me, she’s not into Louis Vutton or Chanel. I would have told her to go F herself. To be honest, Fred Perry is pretty pricey for my standards cause I don’t spend much on clothing or material things. It’s insignificant compared to Louis Vutton and Chanel but I still couldn’t see myself spending much on useless material sh*t that doesn’t add value to my life. Why? Cause the clothes don’t make the man. The man makes the clothes. Plus, tasting menus are expensive, son!

Fred Perry is a British fashion designer after browsing in his Pitt Street mall retailer, I am not sure how well his conservative British sense of Style fits into the Sydney Fashion scene. His clothes are well made and very high in quality and some people probably like them very much, me not so much though. Navy blue polo shirts and checked collared shirts, just don’t do it for me. They did sell a couple of items I liked there was a nice grey cardigan, but still a bit conservative and some of their shoes are quite cool. However, overall I found the style very plain and despite the level of quality I feel that very similar clothes to much of what is being stocked in the shop could be found elsewhere for a much lower price point. Maybe you don’t always get what you pay for, but hey if you like it wear it.
