Fitness First Macquarie doesn’t live up to the rest of the shopping centres rad and new feel. The gym is a little bit outdated compared to some of the other Fitness First gyms in Sydney.
It’s kinda got a whole blue and red design going on with it at the moment. For those not in the know the Red design is the newer refurbished look at Fitness First. So some corner have a new modern feel and then you take another turn and your in the blue and old style design.
Best to describe the gym as going through a bit of a Bruce to Caitlyn Jenner transition in that it’s a process but once it’s done it’s going to be completely new and fabulous :).
Overall though the gym has got good amount of space and equipment choices are plentiful and its location is convenient for near by students or anyone who wants a break from the shops.
