We are driven by the region’s abundance of quality local produced fruits and vegetables, freshly sustained meat and fisherman’s finest seafood carefully sourced by specialized food suppliers. Our spices are freshly roasted and ground on a daily basis to add authentic flavours to chosen dishes. Our Chefs are highly experienced and our service is exceptional. Jijo Paul P.
Business Owner
Mr Jijo Paul, after Graduating Diploma in Hospitality Management started his hospitality basement in Holiday Inn, and boosted his career through working with Oberoi Group of Five star Hotels in India. He
came to Australia in 2002 as a qualified Chef in Casablanca Brasserie and Café. In 2005, he joined The Hilton, Brisbane as a Chef and worked there for 8 years. Mr Jijo Paul widened his culinary experience form fast café to fine dining in Royal International Convention centre and for EKKA prior to opening Lemon Chillies. He currently holds Advanced Diploma in Hospitality Management (South Bank Institute of Technology)
and working towards Bachelors Degree in Hospitality Management (Griffith University).
