Adamo’s Pasta is a gourmet manufacturer and distribution company of fresh pasta and sauces, based on Italian culinary tradition. Adamo’s Pasta is committed to making high quality pasta that takes the preparation and presentation of pasta to a new level.

Adamo’s Pasta is divided into two platforms of business, retail and wholesale. We sell wholesale to delicatessens, restaurants, cafés, clubs and stores in NSW, Canberra and the Central Coast. The retail side of the business is our store with all Adamo’s pasta products, catering to customers who are either dining in or ordering takeaway food.

The recipes for our pasta and sauces are based on the highest quality of fresh ingredients, producing perfectly balanced flavors. We are using the best ingredients from the markets, most of the products in our manufacturer come directly from Italy to achieve the highest quality and authenticity of our products.

History

Established in 2007.

Adamo inherited the passion and love for pasta from his parents and decided to create his own company called Adamo’s Pasta. In 2007 Adamo established the business with a small takeaway shop in Rosebery. Since then the company has experienced continuous growth and increasing popularity with both wholesale and retail clients. As a result of the demand, in 2013 Adamo’s Pasta enlarged the production area and opened a retail store with a dining area, in order to keep the customers happy.
