Eastside Vet Emergency & Specialists (EVES) is a newly developed hospital located in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.

The hospital was established in order to provide vet care for pets 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We are open when your local veterinary hospital is closed so you can always access the best medical care for your pet.

In 2013 we have expanded our range of services. We now offer medicine and surgery specialist appointments each weekday. We are able to provide a variety of services such as consultations, medications, x-​rays (radiographs), ultrasound, blood tests, urine tests, surgery, sedation, intravenous (IV) fluids, hospitalisation, just to name a few.

EVES works in close association with many local veterinary hospitals. We aim to complement, and be an extension of, the care provided by your local family vet.

History

Established in 2011.

Eastside Vets is the vision of a number of vets who have lived and worked in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.

We established the hospital so we could provide the best medical care to pets and so their owners did not have to travel long distances to access this quality of medical care.

Since opening we have grown from providing after hours care to also having specialist medicine and surgical specialists on site during the day. This allows us to provide quality care 24 hours a day.
