Already a star as Sir Braxtons is one of the few late night options available in the Rockdale area. A lovely café with nice décor, feels like a hidden gem among older style cafes and restaurants in the area. When you walk in you a hit with the scent of chocolate, there are sweets everywhere. The service is great, they are attentive and polite. There are few vegetarian options on the menu which is disappointing — however the all day breakfast menu offers a halloumi stack which is delicious! Unfortunately their menu does not allow for much alteration, you can take things away but not make additions. The salted caramel crepes are AMAZING but a huge serving and very rich. It is a little bit on the $$ side but given the serving sizes it is easy to share 1 meal between 2.

While it’s great to finally have a café that stays open late in the area, there was a lot left to be desired. I had the waffles, and while the menu it came with two sides the waitress informed us that those sides had to be ice cream and strawberries. The waffles were doughy and unappealing and the white chocolate sauce was unappealing. Their salt caramel crunch was basically just hot chocolate with a shot of caramel covered in whipped cream and generally lacking. That said the food that other patrons were getting looked delicious and I might return to give their lunch menu a shot. Service was fine, but next time I want local waffles I’m going to Oliver Brown.

The chocolate was good, so was the coffee and the service; overall it was A-ok, 3 Unilocal stars but nothing more

Ok well it’s a place with big lounges, indoor and outdoor seating mellow vibe, the serves were average but tastes good, a little on the $$ side but much needed for the Rockdale area. Parking was a hassle felt like I was doing hot laps of Rockdale
