Soundworks

Known by musicians as the place to take your amp when in need of a service, Soundworks have been at for over 20 years now, and have a great reputation for their craftsmanship.
Like a doctor for your gear, each time my amp is in need, I make an appointment and drop it down. Each time I do, I notice the amount of amps sitting in the waiting room, informing me that the guys here are still doing what they are known best for.
A courtesy call follows an initial look over, and you are given an estimate of the cost and services involved.
When picking up my amp, I am always greeted by one of the ‘doctors’ who informs me of what took place, and what needed fixing. As I have a vintage amp that is quite rare these days, one of the guys loves chatting to me about it, as he used to make them back in the 70’s.
Soundworks also stocks strings, leads and accessories, and have a website with more info if needed.
