Came for to trivia, stayed for the burger night! Great burgers on a Thursday for $ 12.50. Good size Beef pattie in mine and housemate said the crispy chicken was great. $ 15 cider jug was the icing on top. Every night of the week has a special and of the food is as good as tonight it’s definitely good value. Shall be making another trip soon.

I write my third review for this place with my tail between my legs, wait is that right? Anyway, I very begrudgingly(clearly from my previous reviews) came back due to my dinner partners total love of burgers & $ 12.50 burger night. Let me first state, I was not happy. Once I make up my mind on crappy service it is very unlikely I will ever step foot back inside the venue & well I have been proven wrong & maybe places deserve a third chance? MAYBE. Well I am now a regular here for their burger night, the burgers are delish, the service is friendly AND they do $ 15 jugs on burger night. If you read my reviews you will know basically this all equals my happy place. Now I still feel they need to be a little quicker on the service front but at least now the service is friendly, the drinks are correct(although I ordered a jug of cider & a pot was placed on my table, simple mistake i spose) BUT aside from this everything hits par. I was there for the cricket & burger night recently and the atmoshpere was amazing, which is what I always imagined it would be like in here & the vibe was good & it was everything it wasn’t upon my first two visits. So yes I am offically a fan. Hot tip they literally have meal deals each night of the week. Monday — Half price wings, ribs & beers. Tuesday — Steak night. Wednesday — Parma night. Thursday — Burger night. Friday– I am actually not sure.

I am loving the Sporting Globe because it gives me my sporting fix of events exclusive to Foxtel(or some other broadcaster that I don’t have) and reasonably priced beers(in my book anyway). Everywhere you look, different sport. Upstairs, downstairs, inside and out — sport, sport sport sport, heaven! For those moments that you are hungry while watching your sport — they have a huge, very american style menu. But… they do a steak night on Tuesday — everybody loves a steak night(mass generalisation I know). I recommend their beer battered chips, a jug of Carlton and sport sport sport. Good times: D

This is an awesome venue and it is obvious that the owners and management have put a lot of thought and effort into creating a great experience for their customers. I love the layout with the booths complete with personal TVs, the multiple big screens and bars and the rooftop deck. The food was good although the drinks list could be a little better — more craft beer and beer taps please — but overall the venue and food were top notch for this type of venue. What really made this experience a delight though was the staff. They were fantastic! Personable, helpful, cheerful and very quick to notice our empty glasses and clear the tables down after service. A US style sports bar with US style service. I really congratulate the management, wait and bar staff that were working when we visited. Great work by all!

I liked this place before it closed for renovations and couldn’t wait to go back. Downstairs have booths which their own TVs in them which would be perfect for a group for friends to have dinner and watch the game. They have an awesome range of cocktails and they don’t disappoint. I highly recommend the ruby red jam jar. I was there on a busy Saturday night, they warned us about a forty minute wait when we ordered our food but ours arrived after twenty five minutes which was awesome. This place is perfect for a group of friends to get together and watch a game, or just dinner out with friends.
