Avoid all you can, the most useless agent I have ever had to deal with.
My agent never had a clue when I rang her up about something because she «Had over 300 properties to deal with». When I asked for a rotting wooden bathroom cupboard to be replaced I was told «That’s why the property is so cheap».
They then managed to direct debit one full months rent after I had moved out of the property.
Unfortunately, if you want a reantal property in Richmond you’ll probably have to deal with them though, they seem to have cornered the market there.
