History

Established in 2015.

We are a small family business based in the Redlands, We had our carpets cleaned regularly. We were very disappointed with the Carpet Cleaners who lacked manners and with very poor customer service, not only that but our carpets were still filthy after they left.

Being from a trade qualified background I took it upon my self to enrol in a carpet cleaning training course and do work experience from masters of the industry. Then started up friendly Carpet cleaning business, one with great customer service as well as getting the job done right the first time. Our goal is to bring «Good old fashioned customer service «back into the game.

Since leaving school I completed an apprenticeship in Automotive Engineering, Then furthered my education by taking up a business management degree. 6 years down the track I decided that this was not the industry that I wanted to be in.

I took a part time job as a carer, Part of my job was cleaning which I really enjoyed doing then after me and my wife had our carpets cleaned numerous times we were very disappointed with the technicians and the results, They took no responsibility for damages done to the carpets nor showed any care when I complained to them. I then thought I could do better than this by combining my cleaning skills and friendliness into the carpet cleaning industry. I have completed my IICRC course, and also done a lot of work experience alongside some of the best carpet cleaners in the business. I enjoy my job and always look at ways of improving on cleaning methods using the latest in cleaning technology and giving you the best results possible.
