Inner Vision Tattoo & Piercing

I’ve never felt more at ease and comforted getting a piercing done like I did coming here. LJ did my piercing and was unbelievably knowledgeable, professional, meticulous and confident. She explained the entire procedure to me and was very calm and precise. It was a very clean environment also, lots of glove wearing and disinfect cleansing. She gave concise instructions and advice on post piercing care. It was $ 105 for the pair piercing, including jewellery. I don’t know the what usual going rate for piercings are but I found this reasonable. They only accept cash here, but there’s a next door pub you can get cash out from like I did when I found out. Essentially I was a walk in customer because I had originally intended to go to a piercing parlor in Newtown but their customer service was so bad and unwelcoming over the phone I ended up cancelling my appointment on the way there and calling up Inner Vision instead. The guy who answered was immediately friendly and accommodating telling me to turn up whenever. Customer service here was top notch. The interior is interesting as well kinda of a budding tattoo museum in the works, so lots of funky things to stare at whilst getting your piercing/​tattoo done. I recommend this place and will go back here if I feel the need for more piercings!

Tattooists are great and well, not that I even expected them to be friendly, but they do the job and they do it well. I’m not thrilled by the chick in the front though. Sorry I’m not covered in tattoos, but that didn’t mean she can be condescending, and roll her eyes at me. Also, sorry, but glad wrap is NOT dressing. Gauze is dressing. Would you go in for surgery and have glad wrap put on your stitches? No. So, when I say oh, I’ve just got glad wrap on it, there’s really no need to roll your eyes.
Anyhoo, mini rant. Maybe she was just having a bad day, and honestly if I were going to get any more tattoos, I’d go back there. I wouldn’t trust any other shop to touch me.

Do yourself a favour! If you want an awesome tattoo visit this shop. Check out the work of Tong or Mr ping pong. Book ahead as these guys are real artists and are busy. I got my second tattoo here and have already booked another. Super clean and great staff. I can’t recommend this shop enough.
