History
Established in 2008.
Previously owned by ex-masterchef finalist Lucas Parsons T’s Book Café was opened off the back of the well established T’s Bookshop in 2008. Lucas has since sold the business to a pair of young entrepreneurs Matt Pettitt and Josh Burrows. Since the takeover the boys have really taken the café to the next level, adopting a new coffee, locally roasted on Sydney’s northern beaches, «Di Gabriel», This has given the locals a taste for what’s to come. Matt has introduced a new menu and is hoping to open for dinner by September 2012. This is definitely one to check out!
