Established in 2013.

Scupi’s 78 espresso bar was opened on the concept of bringing good food that we have been brought up on, flavours from the Middle East as well as parts of Eastern Europe, from home made falafel to home made baked beans, wanting to provide the Pyrmont area with something different and delish.

We tried out Scupi’s for breakfast and it was great! I do admit I like the granola/​museli a tiny bit better at Social Brew but the breakfast here was tasty as well. The coffee is nice and the husband’s breakfast sandwich was tasty.
It’s a nice chill place, a bit hard to eat at the tiny tables but comfy for hanging out and chatting with a coffee or tea. Not much outside space unfortunately. The staff was nice and attentive. I wish we had gotten to try the non-​breakfast items but we had so many places to be we didn’t get a chance to come back.

I had a post job brunch and needed some quiet time and a good breakfast. I had the muesli with yoghurt and strawberries, a long black and a chocolate twist.
All very very good and Nice staff. Not a super nice interior but a lot of sun and great music make it very appealing.

Love this place!
Homely, unpretentious, comfortable and relaxing atmosphere; select menu with absolutely amazing flavours on every plate, every menu item a must try, not to mention the beautiful coffee! So happy it’s round the corner from me. :D

New and improved barista, same great food and service!
Have to say the new guy made a pretty good cup of coffee the other day, so I will be coming back more often. Also had the chicken burger which was pretty massive and tasty.
I know the owner really cares about her customers so it’s really refreshing to see new and improved changes being made.

Cute little café w/​a spacious amount of room to pump out work or people watch. They have juice and smoothie options for those who are anti-​caffeine. I got the passionfruit banana smoothie which was true to its name and quite filling; it set me back $ 8 (a bit pricy for my liking). However, would definitely revisit this little spot again!
