My personal trainer left this company a few weeks ago because of personal reasons. Since I really enjoyed my trainer and didn’t want to continue with some randomly assigned new trainer, I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription, which they have continued to charge (until I put a stop payment on my CC).
I’ve called their office line 3 times, left 3 voice mails, to no return. Also sent an email, which also has not been returned.
I can only assume they’re trying to avoid me so as they can continue charging for service which I no longer require.
