This Colores store has two very lovely and knowledgable ladies on staff. And if mineral make-​up is your thing this SA owned brand is a winner. I go to Mira for my eyelash extensions, they are the only ones in Adelaide who use Novalash, supposedly responsible for the poker straight mini-​bushes that Kimmy Kardashian sports. I have mine done in a curvaceous style, still very full — just be warned you’ll get hooked. After months of getting up first thing in the morning with crazily glamorous eyelashes, ready to go, normal ones just look plain wrong to me now. Be prepared for everyone who crosses your path to ask about your eyelashes and friends to start copy-​catting. It’s all good, but an expensive luxury, so like other addictive habits don’t start if you can’t keep it up (unless you’re comfortable robbing little old ladies to get your fix). I see Erin for my regular eyebrow scuplt, measured and coiffed to perfection. It makes such a difference in framing the face and opening up the eye area than your average wax job. Just remember that when you’re forking out nearly 50 bucks for it. If you can only afford (or desire) to come here as a one off it would be perfect for a make-​over for some very special occasion or a wedding party etc. In a nutshell-it’s all in the eyes!
