History

Established in 2008.

In January 2012, Jacka Lawyers converted from sole practice to incorporated legal practice to form one team under the Jacka Lawyers brand. We advise small business, corporates and individuals, and our core businesses are in property, leasing, building, business contracting, restructuring and litigation.

Our experience is thorough, but always evolving to meet the demands of industry and government regulation and is demonstrated through high standards of professionalism, an ethical approach to business and enthusiastic participation in industry.

Business Owner

David Davis is the founder of David Davis & Associates. He is an Australian lawyer who has previously worked in education and now uses this unique industry experience to advise clients on Estate Planning, Business Succession and taxation strategies. David has been involved in consultation and policy at State and Federal levels regarding Powers of Attorney and Advance Care Directives, and has presented at State and National Conferences in his areas of expertise.
