Well who doesn’t like candy? Nobody. Everyone likes candy!
Sweet and treats for everyone concerned at this place. Tucked away
off a little lane-​way opposing the Prahran town hall chapel street.
The soft jellies use the natural setting agent of pectin, and are made with
Glucose. For some of the hard candies natural products are used too, such
as manuka honey and brown or raw sugars. Generally, the products here
are made with time, craft, dedication and old fashioned skill. No shortcuts,
no artificial gunk, and the soft jellies are dairy free, nut free, and vegan friendly.
No animal products.
There’s lots to sample from, and a great range of colours, flavours, designs, and
patterns to be seen. There’s a modern take on the boiled sweets which are made
at two crafting tables; a solid cold table and another that is kept warm so that
molten candy can be malleable and pliable to work with to create some great
designs. Intricate and cool designs come out. There’s also old fashioned favourites
in sweets, but whatever you’re after you’re sure to satify your sweet tooth. They
even have grown up sweets, with a more refined taste.
