The Butler Potts Point honours historic ‘Butlers Restaurant’ that occupied this same site many years ago, paying tribute to its original structure, food and service style with a fresh, modern flair.
History
Established in 2014.
The Butler is the fourth restaurant opened by duo Ben Carroll and Hamish Watts of Applejack Hospitality. Their other venues include Bondi Hardware, The Botanist Kirribilli and SoCal Neutral Bay.
