History

Established in 2015.

Property Development Institute was established in 2015 by Steven Chandler, a third generation property developer.

Steven commenced his career in the property development industry in 1980.

In 2006 Steven established LEFTA Corporation, a property development strategy, advisory and consultancy firm to assist people with their property development projects.

Since 2012 Steven has published books on property development, commenced lecturing at University and delivers live property development training programs both an introduction and advanced level.

Property Development Institute was created to provide people everywhere with access to a professional property development training program created by an industry practitioner.

Business Owner

I commenced my career in the property development industry in 1980 becoming a third generation property developer. My career has spanned commercial construction, subcontracting, property development and consulting.

In 2006 I established LEFTA Corporation, a property development strategy, advisory and consulting firm to assist people with their property development projects.

In 2012 I published a number of books on property development, commenced lecturing at University and began delivering live property development training to audiences at both introduction and advanced levels.

In 2015 I established Property Development Institute to provide people everywhere with access to an online property development training program created by an industry practitioner.
