We stayed overnight for our wedding anniversary. We didn’t use any of the day spa facilities, but our time in the Jarrah Lodge was great. The staff were friendly(we booked online and had a follow up call a couple of days later). The food left in our lodge was delicious. The natural bush setting is sublime. And the lodge itself was beyond what I expected. We’ll be back and I don’t hesitate to recommend it.

In all honesty this ‘Eco’ Spa and Lodge is tremendously disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and go elsewhere!

A day at the spa… how can I really complain? I got a massage, a manicure, and a pedicure. The only downside? It was all done at the same time! I was really confused when someone started poking at my cuticles while I was getting my neck massaged. Don’t get me wrong, I really enjoyed the whole package and it was so relaxing but for the price, I feel like it would be totally appropriate to have the customer enjoy the massage before moving on to the next treatment. If I did it again I would do a night at the eco lodge and only do the massage part. The serenity is splendid and makes Hidden Valley unique but I really like my treatments split up and a more thorough massage.
