This Internet café is simple, quick, cheap — it does everything you need it to, basically. There are always computers available, and there is a separate room with headsets where you can use Skype. The guy who runs it is friendly, although completely silent. You go in, he silently hands you a token, you use a computer to your heart’s content, and then you hand your token back. Ok, he does utter the occasional syllable, usually to tell you how much you have to pay — but at only $ 3 an hour you’re happy to hear it. You can print things too, and bizarelly, there are flowers for sale. Nothing like an orchid to complete a good Internet sesh.
