I’ve always had good service at this Marcs store at Enex. The best thing is that they honour all offers and discounts by other Marcs stockists(on line, Myer etc). My suggestion, if you are a regular shopper here, is to sign up as a member. Then you will get regular emails that advise of specials and discounts when they happen. The other great thing is that if you do purchase in store as a member, you have the option for a receipt emailed to you. Doing this automatically creates the record on file, meaning you don’t have to retain and chase up receipts to make returns or exchanges(particularly handy if buying Marcs items as gifts for others).

While you can find Marc clothing at David Jones, I typically prefer to checkout their direct store first; with the main reasons being a better selection and I have always found the staff to be the right balance of helpful without«pouncing» the minute you walk in to store. I find general the quality of the clothing is good and it lasts well, and if you wait for a sale you get very good value.

As one of only two Marcs stores in the whole of WA, the store in the Enex100 building has the best customer service by far. I entered their store in the hopes to find a leather handbag that wouldn’t send me to consist of a diet of 2 minute noodles for a month. The girls there were incredibly helpful in finding something suitable for me, demonstrating how to adjust the straps, which bags would go with with outfits, how to take care of the leather and only offered me what was within my budget. They were perfectly attentive without being pushy. I guess I should mention the clothes were classic, well-made and versatile too.
