Business Owner

Richard Klimek founded Klimek & Co Family Lawyers in 2005 after working for numerous businesses in law including Legal Aid Western Australia and in other roles in the family law department. Richard has a Bachelor of Law from the University of Western Australia, is an accredited Family Law Specialist, a qualified Independent Children’s Lawyer and is named as one of only 45 lawyers in Western Australia who are recognised by the Law Society of WA. His experience in family law is second to none. Partaking in counsel for over 200 trials, each trial ranging from one day cases to lengthy, more complicated cases, which can take up weeks of time. Richard has extensive experience managing client cases relating to Violence Restraining Orders and Misconduct Restraining Orders including instances of relocation, abduction, recovery orders, domestic violence and child abuse.
