I love this place. I’ve bought several pairs of shoes here, and they’re quite reasonably priced for a city shoe store. I would consider florsheim a middle of the range men’s and ladies shoe store, with prices under $ 500 for nice leather formal shoes, but I agree with the other comments: I probably wouldn’t buy causal or work shoes from here. Nice, friendly staff and a lovely girl who helped me match shoes with pants :) cant go wrong!

Florsheim are a mixed bag. There is one consistent theme across the store — all their shoes are pricey. In Florsheim, $ 100 is considered a «cheap» shoe. For formal events, Florsheim have a great range. Their shoes are great for occasional wear, but you wouldn’t wear these shoes for everyday use — partly due to their cost, and partly because some of the shoes look nice, but are not comfortable. Apparently, designers will sacrifice comfort and practicality for appearance.
