Manager

Lucy Dickens is the team leader of Flat Rate Settlements, Birman & Ride’s fixed-​price real estate settlement service.

Lucy also undertakes work in Wills, estate planning, property, commercial and other disciplines.

Lucy’s high standards, ability to lead and inspire others and facility with computerised information systems have been instrumental in bringing new and innovative legal services to the market.

Lucy graduated from the University of Western Australia with first class honours in Law in early 2014. Lucy joined Birman & Ride’s law cadetship program in May 2010, having developed her customer skills in the banking industry.
