Fist Bump to the DJ that saved my life — getting me through the grueling Saturday morning workout! Attended my first class this morning and am looking forward to coming here for more classes. The trainers are motivating and encouraging, programming a workout that’s challenging and @ss kicking… just what I need! Today’s session was 2 rounds of 28 different stations with«40 seconds on» and 15 seconds to get to the next station. Stations varied between skipping rope, pushups, squat jumps, etc. No excuses not to workout — classes are scheduled in the morning, noontime and evening so I gotta go either before/after work or duing my lunchbreak. Still can’t get over the live DJ =)

Loving this training. Started off on a 2 week trial and have committed to more! Luciano and Sade are great support and make the classes fun. The classes are 45 minute interval training classes, which alternate between Resistance and Cardio but you do something different every class to keep it interesting. You train in groups of 2 or 3 on each station and there are 9 stations in total, which you do 4 times. I’m a huge fan of this training and have definitely seen results. I lost 3kg in 2 weeks and just felt overall better and stronger. Its almost become an addiction going to this class. Very grateful for the 2 week free trial though as I dont think I would of paid to try it otherwise. They have classes 6am, 7am, 12:15pm, 4:30pm and 5:30pm and Ive tried before and after work aswell as lunch. They also have shower facilities you can access if you want to go before /during work.
