The owners of Chilli Couture; Emmanuelle Torres and Rachel Walker; have over 33 years collective experience and are leaders in their industry. To ensure we can give you the best possible service at a time that’s convenient for you.
Emmanuelle Torres has over 14 years experience as a stylist/colourist. Her expertise in all types of hair extensions has created a large following of hair extension clientele, traveling from all over Australia. Emmanuelle has studied and completed specialist training in almost all hair extension techniques.
Rachel Walker has 24 years as a colourist/stylist, is an International Level competition Judge, a International Platform Educator and spent 12 years as the West Australian Sebastian Design Artist; a coveted position which saw her traveling throughout Australia and the Asia/Pacific Region teaching to both her peers in the education industry as well as presenting cutting and styling collections to the hairdressing industry.
