Pretty good and authentic but not my favourite. The BMT are well priced at only $ 5 however they use butter instead of the traditional mayo which completely changes the flavours. There is a lot of meat in these, so they provide excellent value however I think it is slightly too much meat to be well balanced. The baguettes are nice but compared with some others they are OK. Staff are friendly and you can get some tasty house made soy milk, and on special occasions you can buy other traditional treats for a bargain.

Found out about this little gem from a newbie Unilocaler! Top BMTs!!! We ordered the cripsy pork bmt– The best BMT in the area. Having never tried a cripsy pork one this seriously got us wanting to go back there every week! Super busy queue out the door– make sure to go on a weekday as the place is packed on the weekend and not too many parks around the BMT place. The pork was super crispy and deliciously salty went so well with the roll and other accompaniments– fresh veges corriander chilli mayo and pâté. The crispy pork one was $ 8 not sure if this was an error but it was a pretty darn expensive BMT but very tasty. They dont do vietnamese iced coffees so we had to go to the bmt place up the top for that! Cash only!

My name is Sara and I have a recent addiction to banh mi. BMT is absolutely fantastic value and is close to my favorite pork rolls in Perth. City Provisions is still in front by a hair’s breath but now that I know I can get roast pork in my roll, I’m sold. BMT is open on weekends and costs $ 5 for a pork roll with all the trimmings. Awesome

I have found the best Banh Mi roll in Perth! After hearing rumours about the amazing quality of Vietnamese food in Girrawheen I made the journey North on Saturday morning. Turning into the shopping area on Marangaroo Drive I noticed 5 or 6 Vietnamese restaurants/takeaway shops and a Vietnamese grocer, this was looking good already. BMT Vietnamese Meat Roll shop looks pretty average from the outside but when you enter you can see all the fresh ingredients just waiting to be stuffed into a fresh crusty roll and consumed! I ordered the combination pork which was a very healthy serving of 3 different types of pork, pickled carrot, coriander, pâté, mayo, cucumber & just enough fresh chilli. For $ 4.99 these rolls are so amazingly tasty, fresh and CHEAP! My boyfriend and I ate one out the front and promptly went back inside to order 2 more to takeaway for later. They were that good! So worth the drive !!!

I’m an extremely fussy eater often i don’t enjoy vegetables, pâté, cucumber or anything like that but the Chicken roll these guys make is amazing. At $ 5 these rolls comes packed enough to fill even the largest of us. A great ‘value’ meal I took my wife here and we were satisfied for hours after delicious food! the price and quality of the food reminded us both of the value you see in other country’s where price and portion control are low priority and good food is key. The Roll was filled to the brim the poor lady was unable to wrap it, it had that much food in it… absolutely amazing restaurant HIGHLY recomend

Easily the best place I’ve had Banh Mi in Perth. Reasonably priced, $ 5 for a standard roll with either chicken, tofu, sardines or meat and $ 6 for the roast pork. It’s a dollar more for extra meat but their servings are generous enough it’s not typically necessary unless particularly famished. Comes with pickled carrot, coriander, mayo, pâté, cucumber and is lightly toasted.
