You know that you have risen up the social ladder when you’ve bought your first pair of Ballys. It’s less ostentatious than wearing massive gold chains and giant diamond dollar signs, but wearing a pair of Ballys is proclaiming that you have a well-lined wallet. The items in this place are expensive [as expected] but they do look nice. They are also made well, so there’s a good chance you won’t need to replace your Bally item for a while.

I love the decadence and Swiss design that is synonymous of Bally. Walking in to the King Street store is like walking in to another universe on the streets of Perth. The bags are amazing(even with the price tag attached) and I could spend about a thousand dollars. The girls behind the counter had a it of a snobby air about them that didn’t really appeal to me. Like, ok, you work at Bally, you’re not at the height of society. I really just wanted someone to tell me the prices and not be a snobby cow. But the aesthetic of the store mixed with the fabulous design of the bag is only taken away from by the tiny, fact of the shit service. I don’t know, maybe I should give them a chance.
