Busways

Okay, so I gave Busways a poor review before and now, I have to say that this company has not improved much at all for their buses are still often faulty and far too many drivers don’t stop near the kerb and far too many refuse to kneel the bus for those who need it. Ask them to lower it and they ignore you or flat out respond with, «No.»
After watching these bus drivers working for Busways, whilst there are some excellent drivers, I continue to fail them because their drivers just don’t appear to be receiving quality training. Such as drivers who don’t know their routes nor where the stops are. And some don’t seem to know how to negotiate turns.
Then there’s the drivers who quickly accelerate before elderly have any chance to sit causing them to either fly onto a seat or on the floor.
Busways has no quality driver training. I really can’t see there being any other reason for such a poor quality service.
