Tell me why I came in here just to purchase an iPod, knew exactly which one I wanted, and it took 30 minutes(no exaggeration) when there wasn’t even a line? One word: understaffed. Only two people were working there at the time. One was helping a student get in touch with Apple repairs and sending in his laptop. I eavesdropped on their conversation — approximately 500 dollars to fix the problem, and 75 dollars to pay the workers for diagnosing the issue. Just a note… The other guy was suggesting different computers to a girl. Hopefully she won’t be in the shop again soon paying that 575 dollar repair fee. I am a PC-lover, so yes I am a bit biased against Apple. However, honestly that held no bearing on the low rating. Their stock was not huge and what I thought would be a walk-in-walk-out quick purchase ended up taking about 45 minutes(in addition to the wait, he needed to get all my personal information down for future shopping even though I insisted that I just want to pay and go). Next time you see a girl standing in the non-existent line looking bored and tapping on the desk, ask her if she will be quick. Please.
