We all know Officeworks anywhere is good for all your stationary stuff, home and office equipment. But this Officeworks in Oxley is particularly good with their printing and customer service.
As this is the closest to my place, I come here often to get stuff for the office and business supplies. Almost every single time I’m shopping here, I am kindly asked if I needed assistance by the friendly staff. I really appreciate it, because, although I may not always need the help, there are definitely times when I do. For example, questions on computer protection, best monitor to buy, best laser printer to buy… These guys are well equipped to answer your queries and if they personally cannot answer it, they will go and seek it out for you. Either with colleagues or call someone up. Yes, this has happened to me and I got the answer I needed. The laser printer I ended buying from them, works spectacularly and I’ve had no problems since.
The print work they do is always done professionally. Their prices are competitive, but then again, it can depend on your quantities etc. You might find cheaper at actual print places if you’ve got high quantities needed. Also, they are quite strict in what is photocopied and blown up in size. For example, I printed a picture of a Christmas Reindeer from the internet and when I bought it in here to get blown up for a game of ‘Stick The Nose On Ruddolph’, it was rejected because of copyright infringement (the url from where I got it was still shown on the paper… oops!). Despite some overly strict rules, no matter how innocent, these guys do a good job. Great service, great stuff and definitely great products.
