We recently bought a house that was halfway through being built.
We had a choice between a few types of carpet, and were advised by the property developer that we had to head into Trev’s to make our decision.
The guy who helped us out was so friendly and super informative, we made our decision in less than 5 minutes and were out the door to enjoy the rest of our Saturday — go *Trev!
* I unfortunately did not meet Trev during my visit.

I’m building for the first time and have found the staff helpful and friendly each time I’ve been in. They are happy to share tips, answer questions and explain processes even if the result may be not using their services. It’s nice to feel like the customer’s needs are more important than a sale (though I will be buying from them).
Cons: Range of timber laminate floors is limited.
