The Playroom

Everyone around me is settling down and starting families. This means that I often have to find presents for new babies or kids birthdays. On the recommendation of some friends and glowing Unilocal review I decided to try The Playroom in Ossie Park.
This place is awesome. I could happily spend hours in here looking for things for myself, just in the lego section. Obviously I haven’t quite fully grown up. This is a huge store with everything a kid could want or dream of. There is a huge range of climbing frames, swings, and cubby houses in the outdoor section.
If you prefer educational toys, The Playroom is packed with puzzles, books, board games and flashcards. The staff were friendly. I explained the ages that I was looking for and they came up with several different suggestions. I think I will be back for the next time I have a kids birthday to attend.

This large speciality toy store is the bees knees. It has everything a kid could dream of and then a little bit more. All the standards like lego, leapfrog, V-​Tech, Cabbage Patch kids and then are great range of puzzles, educational books, dress up costumes and more. Some products are imported from Europe with well known quality brands such as Janod and Bikido. The outdoor toy range is extensive with major brands such as Step 2 and Selwood Climbing Frames.
This shop is every child’s dream. My advice, leave the kids at home. That way you can take your time to explore the different choices and surprise your child with something different to what their friends have. You will be the coolest Mum on the street.
