Peachey Group built its reputation for quality and reliability in construction and civil works projects throughout South East Queensland and Northern NSW. Today Peachey Group is still an industry leader in civil works projects the company has expanded to also offers the services of heavy haulage, and plant hire with construction machinery and equipment of all kinds and sizes.

Peachey Group also operates a fully equipped workshop that can take care of all your maintenance and repair requirements. The workshop offers truck and machinery servicing, custom welding, restoration and fabrication, and a fully functional wash bay.

History

Established in 1951.

Peachey Group has been in the construction industry for over 60 years, generally operating in South-​East Queensland and Northern New South Wales. Established in the 1950s by Philip Peachey, the company’s earthmoving operation was taken over by Rodney and Audrey Peachey in 1983.

In 2006 Rodney and Audrey sold Peachey Constructions to longtime friends and ex-​employees Daniel and Delwyn Baumann. Today Peachey Group employs around 60 permanent employees.

Business Owner

Del is a qualified Accountant with over 18 years’ experience in the Construction industry. After starting off with a small Plant Hire and Contracting business, Del and Dan were offered the opportunity to take over Peachey Constructions from long-​time friends Rodney and Audrey Peachey. Since then Del and Dan have continued to build the business while maintaining Peachey Group’s well respected reputation.
