Sunlit Studios is a small team of photography professionals providing natural and candid outdoor photography to our clients.

Though based in Brisbane, Australia, we are commissioned all over Australia and the world to provide our unique Sunlit Experience to those in love.

History

Established in 2011.

Sunlit Studios started as a one-​woman-​band, with Alana Aston as the manager, photographer, editor, accounts manager etc. of the former ‘Alana Aston Photography’.

With her vivid, candid and natural style of photography becoming an instant hit among families and couples in love, Alana found a need to bring others on board to help serve each client with individual love and care.

No longer just a solo business, Alana decided to rename to ‘Sunlit Studios’ to reflect our style of photography, but also to recognise the team effort it now requires to provide top notch service and amazing photographs.

The one who started it all as the former Alana Aston Photography, Alana now takes a «quality control» role at Sunlit Studios. Through her mentorship, direction and editing, she ensures that every client receives the same professional experience and amazing photographs.

A mother of 1 beautiful daughter, 1 loving dog and 1 sneaky cat, Alana enjoys spending time with her family playing board games, watching movies and traveling the world.
