I have a toy poodle x schnauzer and his coat grows quite fast so every few months he needs to have a groom. Although he is only under 5kg, a lot of places started charging me too much. So I decided to try this place and have been reasonably happy with the price and the groom. I’ve taken my dog a few times and Sometimes his groom can be a hit or miss. They allow you to drop dog off early before work but you’ll have to pick up your dog up to 2hrs after they’ve contacted you that your dog is ready to be picked up. It can be hard if you’ve got a 9−5pm job. Charges may apply if you pick up your dog more than 2hrs after they’ve called you

This is one of the worst daycares I have been too! My dog was coming here regularly until the past 6 months where he had to have surgery as he was unwell. The Vet wrote an email giving him complete clearance to attend daycare with absolutely nothing in it about not being able to get wet as his stitches were out and well and truly healed. The daycare said he was welcome to come back after, which we did. After his first day (of contact with other dogs in 8months– hence he was highly energised and excited as any dog would be) I was emailed saying he made too much mess from knocking the water bowl and was unable to return. I am sorry but don’t many dogs accidentally knock water bowls when they are extremely thirsty? Unbelievable! I do not recommend at all!
