Location, location, location. This is right in the middle of my walk home, so I pop in a lot.
They’ve got a better range than the IGA up the street and certainly have everything I am ever likely to need or want.
I’ve always found the people at the checkout nice and polite, which I appreciate a lot after a long day at work myself.

This IGA is massive with undercover parking (Just remember to get the 1hr free ticket or you will get a fine)
It used to be a Coles and the layout has stayed exactly the same.
The quality of fruit & vege is quite good and they always have a huge array of stuff on special.
Self check outs are now working.
They sell some nice fresh flowers out the front and stock a few more smaller brands than Coles used to.

Used to be Coles, now taken over by the IGA chain. Not much has changed, however they’ve not sorted out their self-​serve checkouts yet. Apart from that, food quality and price is a little better than the previous owners in my opinion.
