Whilst the rooms are on the small side they are comfortable and efficient. The superior room had a window with a real view and fresh air. The hotel is well maintained and close to facilities and lots of cafes and shops. The staff are great and welcoming. The restaurant is good and reasonably priced for Perth.

This is a budget hotel with no frill. The window in my room had a «beach /sea shore» view even though it is located in the city. I was surprised and went and opened the window. The refeshing smell of a photo canvas got me so excited. That was the last time i opened the window. Overall the room … 1.clean 2.staff attentive 3. Breakfast simple 4. Gym non existence 5. Secure and monitor parking but there is no garage gate. Anyone can walk in. 6. Hair dryer need to ask 7. Free refill of water, free coffee 8. Close walk to china town including the famous hanaiese chicken rice place.

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times despite only giving it 2 stars. With this hotel you get what you pay for, it’s at the budget end of the Accor hotel line and it shows. I stay there if I’m attending something in Perth and it’s too difficult to get home or if I need a break. I usually get the cheapest available room. The rooms are always clean, have plenty of the usual complimentary items(tea, coffee, shampoo etc). The budget rooms have a «fake» window(a light with a picture of Perth city). You can hear people going in and out of the rooms and if people are noisy in the adjoining rooms you can hear them too. But like I said you get what you pay for and I stay there knowing there might be a few little annoyances. If you need a cheaper place to stay this hotel for you.
