History

Established in 2015.

Whilst the building Inspection Business is new to Adelaide this year, I am a carpenter by trade, and obtained my restricted builders license in 1993, and full builders license in 1997, covering domestic and commercial construction upto 3 stories. I have been building and supervising various projects around Adelaide for over 27 years now, with multiple building awards to boot.

The building inspection business has risen out of the many contacts, building colleges, family and friends over the years that have asked «if I do Building inspections», with me saying most of the time «No».

After doing some homework on the industry I was amazed that in this state there isn’t a requirement to be licensed in any form to be a building inspector.

This is ludicrous!

So with my vast and diverse building knowledge, that I have obtained over the 27 years of my career we have decided to do them.
