Worst customer service I have ever experienced. These guys are unprofessional, have a complete lack of customer focus, and will not get in touch with you — you have to keep calling them if you want any kind of information regarding your repair. They couldn’t «find a fault» with my product, popped it on a shelf and didn’t look at it again until I called them a week later to find out what was going on with it. The manager was rude and unhelpful. When I asked him to confirm details relevant to the job with the manufacturer he told me that I had to do it myself and have the manufacturer call them with the info. The senior technician was also condescending and although confirming that he could see the issue he did not have the ability to fix the product and proceeded to charge me the«no fault found fee» and the«pickup and delivery fee». If you have anything that needs repairing, stay away from this mob. I will never be using these guys for anything ever again. Unfortunately they have a monopoly in the area, so I will instead drive to Sydney where there is some competition in this market and can get some real customer service. One star is too good for this business. I can only hope that they remove these guys repair authorisation status as it brings a bad name to several great manufacturers products.
