This is a huge store with a great range of stock — even though the item I was looking for was out of stock and the staff didn’t really know anything about it. I was disappointed that there were a lot of staff standing around talking with one another rather than coming to help us. In the past I found the staff here to be really helpful, but definitely not this time. Maybe it had something to do with the fact that it was an hour before closing on a Sunday afternoon.
The good thing was that I was able to get the product I wanted by calling another Harvey Norman store.
