Next Byte Ltd

I had a three year old iPad that died. I had been in touch with Apple by phone and tried every remedy suggested, including linking to the Apple sight and trying a restore. Nothing. On the off chance I took it in to Next Byte Nedlands. The person there (male, Eastern European accent) said he would try one last chance. Hooked it up and restored it. I now have a working iPad once again. Fantastic service. Friendly, professional and knowledgable. Can’t recommend highly enough. Demonstration of just how important good staff are to a business!

The other day my friend’s Mac book sadly died after a lengthy five years, she decided to bring it to Next Byte (as she originally bought it there) to see if there was anything they could do. After holding the computer over night the next morning she was swiftly informed of the problem and that it would cost the same amount to fix as a new computer. Deciding it was more worth her while to get a new computer, I came along with her to Next Byte .
From the outside you’d assume that the store is huge, however it is actually quite small yet still stocks all the various Apple products, being the premium Apple reseller. They also have a great selection of accessories for your laptop like different coloured plastic covers, smart leather cases, cleaning products and the list goes on. Eventually my friend got herself a new laptop, a case and the new Microsoft Office and surprisingly they made a good deal and she got the case for free. With her old computer they were able to retrieve all her data and happily transferred it onto her new one at no extra cost. Service was excellent, friendly and swift, the interior is modern and sleek and of course they sell Apple products, need I say more?
