I was always a bit hesitant to go into a Lush store — I’m not sure I really understood it to be honest. Well I worked up my courage and had a bit of a browse a few weeks ago, to discover that the customer service in this place is AMAZING.
These guys are here to make sure you get the right products, for you. They ask a few polite questions, give you some options, and then you walk out with your first purchase… only to come back once a week ever since.
I think I might be a little obsessed actually, and am fast considering turning everything in my bathroom into a product of theirs. I feel like I’m being kind to the environment, kind to myself, and purchasing something even my sister would endorse (she’s vegan).
