I’ve been waiting a while before writing this review to see if the initial excitement over joining the cult of Crossfit died down. It hasn’t. These guys are great. My wife and I started here with a free intro session about two months ago then started coming for 2 or 3 regular sessions each week. The trainers here are really good at making sure you understand the various exercises, get the attention you need, get help scaling activities you can’t do, and that your form on things like weight-lifting isn’t going to injure you. The community feel is awesome and really motivating. You get a lot of encouragement from other members. I can’t fairly compare them to other Crossfit boxes(since I don’t go to any) but compared to a regular gym this is so much better. They actually want you to train. They aren’t constantly trying to upsell you. They don’t care if you grunt, yell, and struggle your way through the sessions.
