Tanya Miller’s child’s shop of treasures is a Northern Beaches secret gem. It lives up to its name because it is truly a treasure trove of pre-​loved children’s clothing ranging from newborn to 10 years old. They also sell children’s furniture, giftware, books and accessories such as amber necklaces.
If your children’s clothes are fashionable, without tears, stains, without excessive fading and freshly laundered you can sell your clothes to the shop and be paid in cash or you can accept store credit.
This kind of recycling can save time, resources and your money and be a great positive social change. There are some wonderful brands available in The Secret Closet including Sprout, Gap, Bebe, Pumpkin Patch, Ralph Lauren and Country Road.
Tanya also sews and has handmade goods such as bibs, hair accessories and dresses. You can see an example of the dresses being sold in her shop also. The only challenge is to walk out of her shop without buying anything at all.
