They don’t even answer the phone here, shame because the food is awesome. I’m not going to a usually busy restaurant if I don’t know I have a seat waiting. What sort of restaurant phone goes to message bank…

Not a fan to be honest. Most of the food is rather dull alot of the time and I find the sushi here to be overly saucy. I get the feeling they are trying to hide the lack of flavour that it should already be dripping with from its main ingredients. Plus even for a sushi train its rather expensive. Its better than other Western style asain restaurants and ita fun witg friends and family but I cant recommend if your picky.

Tao is one of my families favourite restaurants. My children love the fact that they get to pick their sushi and dessert from the conveyor. Tao is a quiet little restaurant tucked up in the corner next to Limes Fruit & Veg and near Raves Discount. The service is very good, the coffee(Grinders yum) is generally on the spot. However a couple of times it has tasted burnt. I suggest booking if you want a booth next to the train or you will need to get up and walk to the train every time you want something. Especially if you have children. If you do have children who are little or don’t eat sushi you can also order them fish bites and chippies.

Generally ok. Occasionally came here with the folks, but not anymore. Loud and vibrant atmosphere is good, but the sticky table and lack of decent service is another story! Most of their food is rather oily. You can taste the sugar they put Ito the fried rice. The Japanese cuisine is terrible. My mum always ordered her tea to be half hot and cold water to drink it straight away, but the waitresses never follow through even after they’ve acknowledged the request! Sushi has been sitting there for a long time, as they are rotated only ONCE a day with desserts. Sushi train is VERY expensive. On a lighter note — do try the fresh sashimi dishes. They may be more expensive, but they sure taste good!
