I guess you can really judge fast food by specific things that remain consistent… all other stuff is pretty much the same. This particular branch close to my home is my KFC place. Has been for over 20 years. Sure the staff change over like Chance cards in a game of monopoly, but the one thing I have found particularly consistent here, the gravy. It’s 90% hot everytime I get it, it’s got a thicker than water but not so thick that it won’t drip a little off your chip. You can taste the herbs they put in it, and I’ve always liked it here, which is saying something. The burgers are hit and miss, depending on who’s making them, the chicken is also a bit lucky dip and just don’t get the twisters. The smell in the parking lot is a little like a gravitational field.
