South Eastern Hotel

After waiting nearly two hours for our food, the garlic bread we received was stone cold and hard. Definitely not the standard I expect after our ridiculous wait. Also, the children’s meal we ordered was the last thing that we received, after the first person had almost finished this resulting in a very grumpy 5 year old.
To top it off the schnitzel I got with the King Neptune topping, was dry and honestly one of the worse meals I had ever eaten. I could understand the wait if the food was fresh and hot but not when it is cold and repulsive. The only good part about this place was the children’s play area.
Watching other people that ordered LONG after us get their food AND leave while we are still waiting for our schnitzels is completely ludicrous! We didn’t even receive an apology for the wait, poor customer service indeed.
